North Wales salt marsh lamb is one of the best meats that I have ever tasted, :-))
I use my local butcher who sources all his animals from local farms and kills them behind his shop himself.
He says Wales is too far to go for a bit of lamb  :((
Looking forwards to a dryer Mayhem 2013, or should we all bring life jackets this year.  :}
Regards
Richard

What a BBQ it would be O0 .... pork, beef, leek sausages,  salt marsh lamb, moose, reindeer, kangaroo, crocodile steaks & emu patties.......but 22,000 km is a long drive just for a Sunday afternoon BBQ..... %) Derek

Don't mind what people bring, as long as they leave their horse burgers in the freezer. :o
