Well the rain has gone wind dropped, the moon on the big lake gas to be seen, absolutely beautiful! Could this be THE weekend? Looking forward to the morning! Lots of setting up to do, but should hav it all sorted by the time the park opens at 10!

Sorry to miss this years Mayhem, gone down with the gout last weekend, so I'm hopping around on one leg.
Martin, make sure to take plenty of pictures , if only to make me more frustrated at having to miss all the fun.

Fantastic day 1, Martin has declared that sun will shine on the righteous. After yesterdays gale force winds and rain we can't believe a difference 24 hours has made. The lake was made good use of today enjoy some of the pictures I took of the boats I got to see (the ones I got around to seeing I should add, I ended up talking most of the day!!!).

A general view from the far end of the lake next to Blackheath club with Stavros and Steamboat Phil not at home leaving Kelly (Mrs Stav) guarding their stand.

The A Team Boatyard Type 45 destroyer, HMS Daring, in its current regalia from the Big Thames Cruise.

The Wicksteed Tent in the background, with Stavros attempting to walk around the steering course as himself!

Steamboat Phil's Apprentice (aka Steph) scoring 100 on the straight running. She achieved 10 out of 10!
