We have several Victoria's in my club and race them as a one model class. Experience shows that the plastic eyebolts that the shrouds fix to tend to pull out. I would recommend replacement with brass eyebolts. On the whole a good little yacht.

Brass or stainless steel eyebolts would help but are not an absolute must.
Several of my plastic eyebolts have come off, once. But on re-glueing , with the adhesive provided, they take much better the second time.
I now expect every model I build to break somewhere. Knots fail, bits get knocked off, bits get glued back on if needed and knots get tied different.
But I have learned a lot about mechanical problems and how to fix them.
If you want to use eyebolts, then I can recomend
www.sailsetc.com as a supplier.
I am not connected, just a happy customer.
