If she weighs... the same as a duck,... she's made of wood. And therefore?...   A Model Boat?

I can see your query Brian.  The trolley is free standing in front of the camera's view.  I must admit I thought it was on a trolley, which would also make a good system.

I might knock one up as I cannot launch my boat without Andy's help.   :}

Hi all.

Too late Martin it's already been christened BDS Brians Ducking Stool.
The boat cradles fit over two dowels on the trolly to stop it sliding off when being wheeled about,The hoist base fits the same way and can be used as a straight launch after I've locked the steering.
It is simple to erect with only three wing nuts and four cut down metal tent pegs.Takes about three minuits.
The trolley is some thing else,The box is about 25 years old ex model aeroplane use.Modified over the years to suit many situations.The latest mods are two cut down lawnmower handles add four pneumatic tyres,brilliant for rough terrain,

Regards Brian

Not an R/C trolley but possibly an electric one via a car battery and a disabled type wheel chair hoist.
The main criteria is it must be portable.
I've al ready roughed it out. :-)) :-)) :-))
