« on: October 02, 2012, 08:51:19 pm »

Don't you just think it sucks that the weather is raining all the time now, i never get to play out side, i had a mate build a small lake for me and i can't use it due to the weather... :((  <:(
On the plus side the lake should have filled up by now. ;)

There's nothing quite like having your own lake is there, I surprised more people don't do it?. I know of a chap that took the plunge, and now builds his quite regularly.  :D

Theres a swimming pool where I work, and it's possible for staff to book it, I did think about seeing if i could use it in the winter or when I finally get my U-boat finished..

we have used two local lidos in the past when our  usual club water was out of action,- we also use a local canal basin/ marina from time to time for a change.....

i am lucky at work, i have my own little model harbour with cranes and dockyard scenes to sail in  or to test out my new craft....
