I understand that Trumpeter are coming out with a 1:200 Bismarck in November.
Anyone got any idea of the price/

I'm getting it from SHG.  http://shgmodels.com/acatalog/  Not sure on the exact price but they reckon it should be about £ 175.00 plus P&P
They are also supplying the prop shafts and brass props.

I have been informed by SHG that this kit will be available in 2 to 3 weeks time.


Still I can wait as I'm not allowed to have it till Xmas so I've been told.

Deans Marine will have the kit on display at Warks show this weekend, with the upgrade kits of metal gun barrels and brass etc
 very many have been pre ordered

Hi DickyD  sorry about that a bit off old age got in there,Trumpeter1:200 Bismark. Free shipping within UK Mainland at Hannants , I think I have to get a large pot of glue for it as well I hope to do a build log on it when I start and also I will be fit it out for rc,

Stan thanks for that but I am going to Telford to the IPMS model show I have order it from Hannants  they give a 10% discount off the price when you pick up from show and also the up grade set.

IF you check the White Ensign site you will see that postage will be shown on the invoice but not charged. The upgrade kit worth £24.99 is supplied free total cost with VAT £199.20p.No doubt the price will drop over the next few months but you pay the money and takes you choice
