Anyone here a landlord?

Just wondering if any of our members are landlords or have experience of renting houses etc. Id be keen to have a natter.

Yes i have some Houses here in Southend. Like all things there are pros and cons. Its is now much harder to get Buy to Let Morgages. With loan companys being far strickter. It is surprizing how cheap it is possible to buy a house. Word of mouth helps. Also Estate vultures, Sorry agents, Often are helpful especcialy when they know you have funds arranged.Three bed houses are in Great demand.It took less than three hours to find a good tenant for my last one.
