Sad to see he passed away today... 81 so not too bad I suppose.

I still think that Deadly Encounter was one of his best films - I like helicopters!

What a great guy he was in real life.
He was an advocate for medical cannabis and used it to relieve his cancer symptoms.
He was a great TV personality icon and will be greatly missed.

As a Hero of mine,  I found them Very funny, and if those who complained have read his autobiography would realise that Larry Too would have found them very funny when you realise what a practical joker he was..   >>:-(
Yes it was a great shame that a good actor has died , will be intresting to see how they write him out of the New Dallas, I see another plane/ Helicopter crash. %%

Other than Dallas I thought one of his best and all most funny roles was in the the great film "The Eagle has Landed", Yes He got shot there as well !!

RIP JR
Larry.

yes, one of my favorite films..and what a buggling idiot he played........I believe it took them more that a dozen takes to film him kicking the trash bucket...as He just   could not stop laughing at the end of each shooting.

For those of us of a certain age.

A young hagman in the 1960`s comedy I dream of genie with barbra Eden.  Where he plays an astronaut.

JR Ewing is to get a send-off with a proper funeral on Dallas.
TNT begins the second season of its Dallas revival next month and the network said that it will hold a funeral for Larry Hagman's memorable character at some point in the 15-episode season but that it hasn't been filmed or scheduled yet.
Hagman died at age 81 over the Thanksgiving weekend.
TNT spokeswoman Erin Felentzer said the network isn't saying how JR will be killed off in the series. Hagman kept working until soon before his death due to complications of cancer, and will appear in several of the new season's episodes.

This is going to take some doing, My bets are on a Plane / Helicopter Crash..  8) 8)
Dallas just will not be the same... <:(
