Your usual high standards Stan!
I agree with an earlier comment that you ought to start a masterclass  ;)

I don't like seeing such builds as it makes my own models look so mediocre. Absolute beauty, this one!

Really nice work Stan - colour me green  O0
Makes me want to find a winch plan and have a go just for the sake of it.

Circlip is right. If you enjoy building the model and it looks right that's all that matters.

I took your advice Stan and looked at your models, taking my time and savouring the pics. Outstanding model making, just breathtaking detail. Enjoyed, very much.

Hi everyone I have not done much over the last month due the cold weather and other jobs that need doing. I have just completed the turret ring for the 40mm bofor on the bow. It is made from brass tube and strip brass next step clean and paint.

Sorry guys not the best picture. One more this time the gunnery control station not complete yet.I have been asked about the deck planking on this model eack plank is 3mm wide and 0.5 thick. The gap between eack plank is a razor blade thickness only. Deluxe R/C Modellers glue was used to stick the planks down.

Cheers Stan :-))  still in awe of your skills and the quality of the detail you produce.  Can you post a pic of the ship you displayed at Mobile Marines open day? I think you displayed it at Ellesmere also - the one with that beautiful weathering?   I really think that needs another airing - Gambia Bay is a cracker but the one I've just mentioned deserves a pic or two. ;)  Getting quite good at this modelling aren't you!  {-) {-) {-)
                                    Regards, me.
