Is anyone planning to go to Venice in the near future ?
« on: December 09, 2012, 05:32:45 pm »

Hello.

I am planning to build a Venetian large passenger ferry of the Motonavi class consisting of the Aquileia, Altino, Eraclea and Concordia, although the Concordia has slightly more updates than

the others.

I have some plans but they are somewhat devoid of deck and interior detail.

I was planning to travel to Venice in order to get many detailed photos of one of these, but unfortunately, due to family health issues, that is now out of the question.

If anyone can help in this matter I would be happy to supply an SD card for the pictures and any other expenses incurred, ( apart from the trip of course ), having persued every other

avenue that I can think of, I know that if anyone can help you can.

Some picture of the ferry.

Any other expensed incurred?
I was not planning to go to Venice, but I would be happy to make the journey if it
is an all expense paid trip... I'd go economy if necessary.  :-))

Oh, and I would then be happy to comp the SD card.  O0

I am sure there was a full build of this vessel covered on one of the Ameriacn sites, either rc groups or rc universe, the first I tend to favour, you might want to post the question there, Paul

If anyone does go,bring a couple of gondalas back with you,you will make a fortune carrying people on the Somerset Levels, and some of the other flooded streets in the country.More rain on its way lol!

Thanks for the info Paul.

Have searched both sites but without success, have taken your advice and posted a question on RC Groups/Boats/Scale Boats.

Wait to see if it brings any replies.
