Newbuild logging tug
« on: January 01, 2013, 10:58:02 pm »

I started with creating a new logging tug after the success of the previous one, the RETRIEVER.

I say it with pictures because my english is not so good.
Comments are always welcome.

Looking good!
Lots of photos of the winch build would be helpful. What did you use for the exhaust stacks?

I have some drawings of the winch from Gary.
And i found some small pictures on flickr.
Big pictures are always welcome!
The pipes are made of 15 mm steel precision pipe.
The grill is made of stainless steel.

 Hello!!!!
You’re really making a great job.
Here in Mexico don’t have any tug like that, it seems to me very interesting in building one, can you tell me where to find a plan of that kind of tugs?
Best regards
