Bucket List
« on: January 12, 2013, 11:51:30 pm »

Without being morbid or anything, what's on your Bucket List?

I've just been watching some plane videos on Utube so first on my list today is:

 1. Fly First Class on a VC10
 2. Go or do anything First Class...  {:-{

Just showing my ignorance here... What's a bucket list? A "before you kick the" bucket list?

mmmmmH!!   Some folks have a list of 100 best things to do before leaving this mortal coil.

Is there an anti bucket list, like things I never want to do.     %)

I have been working on my bucket list.  Most recent wishes completed are . . .

  • Flown in a Dragon Rapide airliner, before Xmas.
  • My list of 12 favourite historical sites in Egypt, visited 10 out of the 12 a year ago.

Others:-

  • Flown a glider.  Done it.
  • Flown single & twin engine planes.  Been there.
  • Flown in helicopters, including a Bell MASH type.  Got the T shirt
  • Flying lesson in Tiger Moth, thanks to family surprise
  • Flown in hot air balloon, family again.
  • Scuba diving, South Coast, mainly Swanage
  • Motorcycle Racing,  Brands & Cadwell.

Still on Bucket List.

  • Fly low over Grand Canyon.  Still possible
  • Due to my age I can no longer do a parachute jump, sad.

Appear on X Factor (or any 'reality' TV programme).
Eat tripe
Face-off a grizzly bear (it most likely would be mine)
Dance in public (I dance like a drunk ostrich)
Walk a small yappy dog (I'd like to shoot next door's though)
Watch a whole episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians (look it up - my teenage daughter loves it. These people are morons! - but very rich morons)

I have to agree with all of the above.
Quite often see brown bears or evidence of bears in the garden.... quite unnerving. Luckily I have not come close up and personal with one.... yet

The one impossible activity I have always seen with complete envy ...
The guy surfing through a really big tube ... I can't imagine anything I'd enjoy more.
