Sound generators
« on: January 13, 2013, 11:51:20 am »

I want to put engine sounds in my Fairmount Alpine and have been looking at Action P100 this looks a good bit of kit. Am I right in thinking the sound is a recording and not electronically.I think I am right Fairmount  has Warsila power plants would the P100 cover this ,by its spec it also has horn sounds . What I would like to do if possible is tie the steering to the horn that is if going astern ,port or starboard it gives the correct sound signals .or is this a step to far .
Thank you all for your help

The ACTion Noisy thing is fully prorammable to any sound you want, you can download any sound whatsoever off the internet and program it into it,asfor what you want to do then you could do it with ACTion swithcers Y leaded into any servo channel,so if you go Port then it will sound a noise go stbd and the same etc eetc etc
