My contribution - and an antidote to all those "big uns"

This is Calisha (PD.235) entering Aberdeen Harbour at about 6:20 this evening

A lovely mild sunny evening, too

;) i have just finished as mate on a ship like this and take it from me after 4 or 5 days those big guns would be very handy ,,,,, they could use them to wake the crew up ! ive tried everything else  ! ;D

nice one 68 :)

Thanks for the info Davie.

I often drive past the harbour on the way home. This vessel caught my eye by lying so low in the water and then the much more open deck than usual for North East fishing vessels.

Your explanation is interesting

Crew looked nice and relaxed - probably considerably more "relaxed" a few hours later!
