newbi here
« on: February 07, 2013, 10:26:55 am »

hi all
just spent a couple of days reading around this forum, there is plenty of friendly advise around and seems a good place to surf round.during my retirement.
Me.. well........... opened santas workshop about 1970 makeing boats, planes and general toys for boys. projects to date being restored and removed from loft..... huntsman type about 2ft long, motor torpedo boat, billings trawler and a couple of started hulls need to find the drawings to enable me to finnish them off. Radio control removed from all and fitted into helicopters etc. Need to swat up on radio control and things after a long lay off, brought on when son grew up and the modeling was replaced with swatting and stuff.  Need to start up again as grandsons are now appearing on the scene.
Dave.
