i am now finishing the valentine day off by cooking her in doors a nice lamb roast dinner with a bottle of wine, :} :}
My better half is cooking me stew and dumplings  :-))

some years back I forgot and did't get her a card till the 15th ,boy! wasI in trouble she did't speak to me for a week, heaven! I spent the week
on my boats, can't get away that now she reminds me.

cooking mrs bagley a lovely meal ( cant be too lovely there is no meat in it ) - ahh valentines  an over commercialised day of hype but my missus is pretty darn great all year round......and she knows it....


and she puts up with me and my models.............so she gets my vote !




just wish she would finish her MHB Topaz then we could both go boating !!!

I'm single, so I don't have all the bother of the chocolates/card/flowers thing !

I do however have a special lady to treat on this day - My mother was born on
the 14th of February 1923 - I'll save you a bit of maths, it has been her 90th
birthday
today -  just birthday cards and family today - we had a big birthday
lunch on Sunday!

Luckily here its not too popular.... its called  Ystävänpäivä, literally translates to "friendship day"

Still I cooked the wife a yummy Moose hotpot (Lancashire hotpot but with moose meat instead of lamb) my idea of cooking chuck everything in one pot and in the oven for a few  :}
