It is obvious to me that it is not in the interests of the forum to be involved in customer disputes with suppliers. It gets into he said, we said, they said, or did or did not. From some posts here it is clear that there are traders that we should avoid. That said I would suggest for a start that you send Pm's to all your friends stating the issues you have had with certain traders & copies of any mail that show clearly what has happened. Our hobby is very much a Mom & Pop operation so we should keep this in mind before we bash someone that generally are seen to do their best. It is buyer beware after all. I dealt with one trader & spent some 2200.00 pounds with them I got very poor service, writing some 20 emails trying to get the transaction completed. They make great kits but will never receive one dime of my money ever again. In time this will affect their business & in the end it will fail. We are a small group & news travels fast, talk to your friends at the club & at the lake, but also tell them about the companies that have treated you well & given you good service, we do seem to forget the good ones a lot of the time.
