Why is it so hard...
« on: February 27, 2013, 03:00:17 pm »

I've just spent the last half hour or so trying to buy a common or garden 4mm, 8" prop shaft with a 7" tube, threaded M4 one end and plain the other.

I don't need fancy oilers or moulded on skegs, I don't need ball races, I just want a plain prop shaft and tube.

I cannot find one anywhere...any ideas, chaps?

Job's done, boys...a custom designed and built tube and shaft is on the way, courtesy of Ron Perrott.
