Hi,
I have a Sea Commander with a DC motor in it.
My next project is a Fairey Huntress the same size as the Commander and I am fitting a 45 mm brushless in it with a 60 amp speed control.
This type of motor will run on 22V.
Regards

You will all need a 55mm four bladed prop.
Motor and esc from hobbyking uk. set up account order and get in 2 days.
you can run model on 12volt gell cell.
Have a look at the video on our website to see brushless powered boat we have done.
