Audio verification problem
« on: March 03, 2013, 01:40:56 pm »

Hi,
I'm new here, so sorry if it's been on here before....

I have poor eyesight, so have trouble with the posting verification letters.  If I click on "Listen to letters", I get a small window come up and an apparent download of a .wav file but absolutely no audio.  Same if I click on the direct link within that window.  Any suggestions???

I'm using Vista 32bit and Firefox 19.0 with flash player and various other add-ons.

And before you ask - yes it does play other .wav files quite happily. {:-{

Two things you could do, (a) Hold ctrl key down and scroll up it will increase the size of the captcha code, (b) you could reload the file with the provided link it loads the same code and in couple of tries you will get one that is legible

any any case after 10 odd posts that ordeal is over,  :}
