HI i have just got a 4.8 AA-1300 nimh  batterery for my rx , thought they were the same as nicad batteries ,would i be able to charge this with my standard futaba nicad tx and rx charger regards Allan.

only thing would be if they are a higher capacity than your old ones then they will need longer on charge


depending on the charger how long it will take.... for example my TX/RX charger is rated at 250mah for the rx pack so a 1000mah battery pack would take 4 hours and your 1200s would take a little under 5 from completely drained.


keep checking the pack and when it starts to get warm then its about done.
