Hi all ,just back been to local emporium to vital up . In Lidl thy had in Parkside bench top pillar drill 49.99 that was at the Inverurie store .

I've been buying these for a while now , always get a couple of packs when they show up , I prefer the 2500mAh ones , the odd one or two don't hold their charge too well , but for that price you cant complain.

this week it is table saws - 99, but additionally they have blades 190mm and 210mm at 3.99 each (I just stocked up), 42 and 48 tooth so a nice fine cut.
Also available were digital calipers, and angle measures.

Beware the Parkside Belt Sander. The toothed drive belt did not last long on mine and the replacement cost is about half the cost of the sander!!  >:-o  Usually Parkside are not bad for the money, but this one went in the bin.

Lidle in Sandbach Ches had a mini bench grinder reduced to 25ish . A nice bit of model making kit.

I reckon some of them will be pots of those brittle cutting discs without the woven layers like the ones laid flat in the box

I highly recommend  the grinder tool I have one already and have used it for a couple of years, being cordless it is very handy instead of having to get the dremel out and plug it in.
