Multiply all dimensions by 2.666 ie 200/75

Having worked in the construction industry For 50 years. Buildings don't have 1-1 drawings, so I am used to working with scale rules. Although the drawings have do not scale written on them.
I make a double sided scale rule. One side marked in red to the scale of the plan, the other side marked in black to working scale on the model.
