The Spring model week was a great success, many old friends and some new folk too, so, how about coming along to the Autumn model week?  The holiday is at the Thornwick Bay caravan site, about 4 miles from Bridlington on the coast between Brid and Filey.  Lots of indoor model activity, handicrafts for the ladies, and 3 hours sailing each night in the indoor pool.  Here are the details for more information or bookings.

I have now finalised the programme for the week, and here it is, just in case you wondered what we did on the East coast in October !  Actually it's lovely and warm in the pool in the evenings, even the boats enjoy it 1
 

THORNWICK BAY AUTUMN MODEL WEEK PROGRAMME

A full indoor programme of sailing, flying and tanks etc. Just for fun. Accommodation is at discounted prices, and the modellers surcharge is just £20 

     
 Saturday Arrival.  Accommodation available from 3pm.
7pm to 10 pm.  Sailing in the POOL.
 
Sunday
SMUGGLERS BAR
2pm to 4.00pm. Briefing on the weeks events, and collection of fees;
followed by-Bring and Buy and  Swapmeet ; Tanks and indoor flying.
7pm to 10 pm.  Sailing in the POOL
 
Monday
SMUGGLERS BAR
 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4.00pm. Crafty Ladies. Tanks and indoor flying.
 7pm to 10 pm.  Sailing in the POOL
