What is the name of the material, cloth type but very sticky on one side used to cover over the inspection and access holes in the deck.
I can only think of Myleen , but I think that is a girl off the TV ?

it is a name like that

Are you thinking of Mylar, it can be used for sails. The only thing that I know of that sticks to it well is magic tape from 3m.

Hi
You can buy deck patch material from sails etc or cm yachts.
Fablon will work but you will be replacing fablon every couple of weeks as it goes brittle.
Try the proper material if you can

Hi Cliffords,  What you want is any plastic or like sticky backed material like aircraft covering or fablon etc; you just cut it larger than the hole and paste it across by pressing down firmly around the edge.   You can then peel it off anytime you wish (some people reccomend replacement after every sail but there are others that just stick it back down.   Hope this helps.....  bigH
