Yes it is the original Administration Building at Garden Island in Sydney Australia from 1898??

I did have the pleasure/displeasure of attending the building and appearing before a Rear Admiral [General Manager of Garden Island] over an Industrial matter where 2400 workers went on strike over the manner of a Staff Foreman <*<

They all got over it.....& returned to work O0

Not Bahrain Island, further North but not all the way.  The vessel is a first vessel in a class of environmental patrol vessels named the Lillian Ngoyi , but she's an awful long way from home.  I fear that this might prove too difficult or that you all go aground on it.

going by the terrain if its the Med it'll be Cyprus , Crete or one of those Island groups , ship looks more like the FAR group oil supply / rescue boats so could be Iceland or Faroes
