I was firstly thinking like you with Venice and then may me a place in UK like Isle of Wight with old Victorian place ?

OK....a sharp eye

.......will note the different number of castellations on the heads ...do we see octagons now over a hexagons?

So obviously there is more than one pair and what significance is 8/6th over 6/8th?......and this last image has greater understanding to the time of day

Yes Baldrick......they are indeed the El Muelle de las Columnas ......

I found them after looking for the Red Suspension Bridge......and thought them an interesting perfectly quizzical image and so close by..............
