Don't be fooled by the sign Arrow, it's not Cambridge, it's further south than that. A clue, it's in England's oldest borough.

Yes your answer is correct......it is looking down on Crown Street at the intersection of Crown and Keira streets in Wollongong NSW...down toward the sea.......from the late 1800's
