The light olive green Lysaght Colourbond convoluted steel sheeting on the roof and walls of the buildings in the original image suggests it is southern hemisphere....so OZ Mainland, Tassie or Kiwi land?

I suspect that the pylons in the background are the UK's highest which would make it the Dartford area but it it doesn't look like Dartford to me; so I'll go for the Tyne, North or South Shields.
