can anyone help i am trying to get a set of lights working in my sub i would like to turn them on and of on a switch on my tranny chanel 6 but i dont know how to wire it in to the reciever i am using a futaba  f14 transmitter thank you for your time martin

the easiest and cheapest option is a Turnigy receiver controlled switch

yep the turnigy one works well
if you click on the files tab on hobbyking website you will get the wiring diagram
