Hello all you excellent people,

My name is Dan and Im a resident of Mollymook NSW Australia, I am very new to RC anything but am very interested in RC Sailing, and consider myself in training to join my local RC Yacht Racing Club that races Victor Solings. Since I am in training I have purchaed my first RC Yacht the Monsoon 900. I ran into a little trouble with it, but thanks to some very useful tips and hints and fixes posted here by your membership I have managed to sort all of them out.
 
Still some work to do before she is completely seaworthy but well on my way now. Thanks to you guys.
 
Very nice to be here, and its a pleasure to meet you all....Ill be around...count on it guys. :embarrassed: O0 :}

Welcome Dan..........I know ZERO about sailing yachts.... :o ....but you will find many experienced members here on MBM

Thanks for your welcome, that was fast...always great to see a forum with interested and involved membership. Thanks for your welcome mate, we are not all that far away from each other....my father was born in Wollongong and I lived there as a small child we left when I was only 6. Some nice beaches there.
 
Great to have a place to touch base with some like minded guys, while we are waiting for glue and paint to dry.

Hi! Another aisle here currently living across the ditch.


A newbie in the steam world, purchased a Midwest boat kit and intending to hook up a double engine akin to the one by ModmanMax.
