THE BARGE ALMA ALL FIXED AND RUNNING AGAIN...HOPEFULLY.
« on: June 17, 2013, 09:25:08 am »

After my ESC blew while at the lake a couple of Sundays ago, I picked up another speed controller from a member yesterday. I installed it using bullet connectors all soldered and sealed, also added a water proof inline 10 amp fuse from the positive battery terminal. While at it I also packed the rudder post gap with grease and added some sealing strip around the wheelhouse lip, this is to stop any water egress from splashing and also makes the wheelhouse fit more snug, tested and all is working well. So, next time I go sailing I will have my barge.  :-))

My models are not nice, clean and ship-shape. They be mucky, grubby, rusty and smelly.
