6v Decaperm Motor.

Hi all,  I recently bought an old tug boat to restore, it has a 6v decaperm motor which has the positive +  and negetive - wires in blue and brown, it also has a green and yellow wire which is earth, exscuse the pun but where on earth do I connect this to on a plastic and wooden boat ? or do I just leave it unconnected ?     Thanks in advance fo any replies.

You can earth the motor to the propshaft.

I have a 12v geared Decaperm in my barge and I haven't bothered with earth...tab sits on top IIRC. But, as has been mentioned you can earth via the propshaft.
