Hi my name is Dave and I live in Coventry. I have made and sailed many model boats over the last  50 years. My main interests are mainly in scale and sail.  A long with a friend I enjoy renovating vintage RC equipment and boats from the 1940s-1960s. The way I model means I usually have more than one project on the go at the same time. At the moment I have two footy yachts in early stages of construction plus a Robbe Paula three being fitted out. Using forums is new to me so I hope I can be of help to a few and learn about some of the newer skills as well.
Many thanks Dave

Hi Many thanks for greetings.
Sorry for the delay in reply have been away to a family wedding.
I did try to place a photo on but apparently it was a bit too big. need to read up on that. I chose Paula because I had a few ideas I wanted to try out and Paula has lots of available space to fill!!. I have been dragging my feet a bit on this one as I built the boat about two years ago but never fitted it out. The winch is in and the wheel house control desk is under construction along with some electronic gizmos that will fit in the wheelhouse roof ,may be more on that later.
Regards to all Dave
