« on: July 22, 2013, 06:41:38 pm »

Hi Guys,
We would like to build a Harbour complex for our lake to use for competitions etc.
Could you supply some photos of what you have made please, and what material you used.
Thanks,

Model it after Heemskerk.
You can see it on Google maps.

Also Search Balne Moor on this forum. They have an excellent harbor and towing course.

I have built several harbours for the Goole pond , most of them have worked ok for a while , well until they get bashed into .
But the latest version is a semi permenant movable set of harbours that can be hinged back so they dont take up too much room .

There is also another floating harbour where we have bases for two tower cranes which the big kids can play with

and still in one piece is the floating coal hoist with pans

Hi David,
I think there are two Model Boat Clubs.
Say Hi to the guys, I am on their Forum as Rokbottom and have made a Land Yacht from their Plans.
