So ive tried to find some Johnsons Klear..now defunt.....what is the closest alternative ?.....some modellers think the new incarnation pledge klear is rubbish.
 
I could wait for ebay, but if you know of a good alternative to fixing window plastic, again id appreciate it very much

 

Humbrol now produce a direct replacement for the original Johnsons Clear, called, surprisingly Clear. In two sizes of bottle. Unlike the new Future replacement, this isnt milky in consistency but, yes you guessed it, clear.

Cyano debonder seems to soften the surface of plastics, so I would avoid its use to remove old cyano runs on plastic hulls or superstructures, as stated earlier, the best option is to carefully sand it away using finer grades of wet and dry papers.
