Small tug Tosher
« on: August 14, 2013, 09:55:13 pm »

My next build is a bit smaller, one of models by design tugs.
This tug started life  as the Blackboys a small tosher tug with a big engine.
She had lots of mods so i will do my own thing on her.

Looking good mate! She was a great big little boat. every company that owned her got their money's worth from her. little quirky fact (boring) the posts were made from oxy/acetylene bottles hence the tapered top. got that from a barge builder that actually built her up at jones'. she had a dorman engine in and I think the EA put a big scania in and the kort on her. did you build the hull or is it a bought job?

Hallo All, I have finally gotten 'round to contacting Models By Design, they haven't got this one on the shelf but they do still produce the hull and cabin, I am waiting for them to give me an address to send money to !
