Kingsbury II September 2013
« on: September 14, 2013, 07:37:05 pm »

Hi Folks
What a superb turnout we had for this event. The one minute's silence for Scoop prior to racing was well respected as it gave us time to reflect and remember. A poignant one minute that certainly was.
This photo shows some of the boats ready for action:

And the corner section with more boats:

It is the first time I have seen a wooden hull in the D-Class:

C Class action:

C133:

C122

Cheers
Craig :-))

Just a quick addition to include a short video clip of the D-Class action.
If you watch this clip, how did the two boats that collided actually keep going?? I had to watch this a few times to believe it! Hope you enjoy :-)
