just for some fun and to kill some time i decided to build a ferry from my old wardrobe and plastic sheeting i had. its only about 1/3 finished at the moment and when done it will have lights and engines and rudder etc shes 7 feet long and built from no plans. but when shes finished i hope she will look ok.

Love the funnels, she looks like one of the old classic liners with those stacks.

Remove a funnel and she looks a lot like Canada's MV Abegweit of 1947...rather annoying, but this is the only link I could find, with just one photo - http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=1456103

The funnels were a fiver from wickes.lol hoping now its all sealed i can test her in the water. Im installing 4 large batteries. 2 front and two back then once im happy with how she sits ill add the rudder and motors and all the lights  but dont have a clue where to start with the motors and radio control bit.
