What motors do you currently have in it?

looking at the spec of the motor you have on 12v it gives 15300 rpm so you will need a brushless motor with a KVA/volt of 1275/v this would give you the same revs as your set up now.

I obviously will stand corrected on this .

Do not do brushless yet so maybe some of the brushless guys could tell you about this motor I found in an advert for the Najade
The propulsion system is based on a ROXXY  3656-06 brushless motor driving the propeller direct via the propeller  shaft;

That has a slightly higher KVA than the original ........BUT would be spot on for the boat anyway,as  slightly more power is NOT a bad thing

I have a roxxy in mine

It goes fantastic, i have it attached to a big Lipo, goes for ages

Original prop, i thought about putting a bigger brass one on...but i dont think it needs it

I know people have moaned about a right hand lean, with proper ballast there is none

A pal of mine has a Najade, with stock motors in , goes like stink,and the battery lasts for ages. I cant think why you would even want to change it?
