Ceramic buner Lifespan

Hello ,Does anyone know how long the ceramic burners last should i order a backup just incase.

Rob,

No need to buy a back up, Ceramic burners last for years as long as you don't let water drip on them while fully operational.
When glowing if water gets on them they crack and are inclined to go "BANG" but not dangerous.

Ceramic burner plates are available in the States and you can cut many replacements from them. Much cheaper than importing a replacement burner complete.
