Having seen one built with the original VAC forms,
you have transformed it to a first class  model Stan.

Hi First fixing done for superstructure L E D lights. Picture shows a bank of nine resistors one for each L E D. For clarity I have spot marked each L E D and terminal block. I am using small rectangular L E D and I have used thin brass wire to connect to each L E D.
More pictures to follow when all wiring is complete.

HI Guys. The LED are surface mount type they have no legs on them. I used 0.20 brass wire to connect them. I just wire them up then fit. Before wiring up I determine the positive/negative using a LED tester then mark up and wire up. I have included a sketch of the wiring hope this is ok .

Hi Guys the model is just about complete running gear to refit check out all  L E D to confirm they are working. Final paint job on two life rings. I intend to leave the model for about two weeks this will allow the varnish coats set hard.

Hi Stan

Your work has convinced me to have a go at an Arlin.............

Order will be placed with MMM today.

Mine will not be to your high standards due to my lack of skill but I am looking forward to having a go.
