Right first time! It can also be used for making simple printed circuit boards.

The past couple of evenings I've been working on the inflatable to try and get it all finished, I'm pleased to report it's now been finished and ready to be glued to the Tsekoa II. Some modifications have been made but not many as it's a really nice kit as it is! I added the textured front black cover, made a handle for the motor, added a strip so as the side ropes have something to go into, the side ropes by the way are made out of fine copper wire and not cotton. The paddle was made from a cocktail stick and plasticard, the straps are made from black electrical tape, reflective tape was applied in places but the rest of the detail was simply painted on.
I'm now working on the aerials for the mast, next step will be cleaning up the thick layer of dust from the interior, may well make a few changes as yet :-\

I just can't find the time to finish it Stavros, so busy with work and stuff it's just gathering dust all the time!!!

Will deeply regret seeing it go, may well pull the plug on it if it doesn't get much interest!?

Conducted a float test today, plased to say she floats  O0 None of the motors have been fitted or anything like that, but it's good to see she sits level with a 6v 4amp battery at the rear. Hope to have her finished and sail her sometime soon I hope!

Had some mixed results with Crystal Water resin for the portholes, the ones on the hull went ok but the most important one on the superstructure went badly wrong  :'( I now need to drill out the resin and try again lol
Real sand added to fire buckets, glazing finished on the wheelhouse, wipers now fitted, mast light cases fitted (still requires the correct LED's to be fitted, still abit stuck on that one?) window divider added to superstructure side windows using metal adhesive tape, gone around and touched up some area's I wasn't completely happy with, side silicone fenders fitted (25mm fitted, although I'm not sure if I should have gone with the 31mm instead?)

Found some 1:32 scale figures on ebay the other day, only finished painting the one so far. To give him strength I drilled into his leg and fitted some brass rod to attach him securely to the deck.

Awesome build! You 've done some very nice work there.  O0

However, I could probably get you a more accurate Maple Leaf if you'd tell me the dimensions.   ;D

Hi Voyager
Darren wasn't mucking about. He knows everything about the Marine side of Canada and if he says he can get you a more accurate maple leaf then he can because thats what he does. Take him up on the offer, what have you to lose ?
Must say its nice to see the Mountie about again.

and besides, that maple leaf looks rather shabby ( is it a supplied decal or what ), that coming from a true canuck as well O0.
Carry on with the build though, will post some updates of RTTL Vosper in a day or so when I attach the mast.
