Perfect gift for Rivet Counters
« on: March 11, 2014, 08:56:35 am »

I found this in an online copy of Model Railroader magazine.  I couldn't believe it until I twigged the date of the issue.

My Grandson who has a Dickie tug conversion and an MFA Pirahna at six years old
already has one of these.
Does it bode well
for his future in modelling???

Can also be used as a pocket calculator.  Just place it in each pocket in turn and press the button once while it is in the pocket.  When all pockets have been visited, it will have calculated the number of pockets.  Invaluable.

What a great tool, now you can count how many paces it takes you to get from your home and the paper shop. The surrealness starts when the return journey has a different count!

Like... how is that possible?  {:-{

Apparently the immigration service have recently announced that the computer system that has so far cost £750 million is being scrapped .......... It was supposed to count everyone who comes into the country and goes back out .......... Surely it would be cheaper to issue everyone in the UK Border Agency with one of these to count them as they come off the flights....... Or would the compensation claims for "Repetitive Strain Injury" just total up to that????
