How to include a sound system
« on: March 14, 2014, 03:23:32 pm »

Hi All
I am wanting to include a P100 sound unit from Action.
On previous boats , driven by brushed motors, both the servo and P100 Noisy thing are connected through a P94 Dual ESC/Mixer.
Using brushless motors the P94 would be exchanged for brushless ESC. any advise on how to connect these back into the circuit would be appreciated.
regards
Gerard

Connect the P100 to the receiver using its 'plug' lead. Connect one of the ESCs into the P100 'socket'. Disable the BEC on the other speed controller.

Use a Y lead into the receiver throttle channel if you are running the two ESCs from the same channel. If you are using tank steering then connect into the second throttle channel. The rudder servo connects into the receiver rudder channel in either case.
