Great entertainment, extremely funny, and so good to spot all the old familiar star faces from that era. I have the DVD of his four classic films and can recommend them, along with Ronnie Barker's 'Futtocks End'.

The 67 version was much better than the remake in 79... both of which was a remake of the original Laurel & Hardy's  Busy Bodies

I also preferred the older version.

"The Plank", 1967 saw it when it first came out, as I did Harry Secombe's "Rubarb" of the same vintage, both brilliant.
The Goon's (radio and then the TV series with puppets), Tommy Cooper, Ronnie Barker, Ronnie Corbet, All brilliant, pity they don't make comedy like that anymore. Steptoe & Son, I could go on. Just American crap here in NZ now
cheers
