7.2 V - PACK WHAT AND WHERE TO BUY

Hello

Need to replace old 7.2 packs. I'm not a serious boater but have been buying old packs from any where, second hand, car boots etc.

I now need to bight the bullet and get three or four decent quality packs  -

I Welcome suggestions

Hi seacommander.  If you see un marked batteries on ebay just ignore espacially if they look a bargain!  The tried and tested UK suppliers are the way to go.
I got caught so am passing on my experience.  It maybe marked 3800 mAh but you cannot rely on that.  I was in a position to test same and they turned out to be 1500 m Ah capacity.
You pay the right price and the batteries last a long while.

Component shop best place for battery as the guy's on the forum will tell you  :-)) :-)) :-)) :-)) :-))

Enough said, I appreciate a good battery pack these days, must be getting older? Thanks for your comments on your experiences' and the link....... 

Seriously, I've been living off old second hand units for some time and always getting issues. I recently purchased a boat with a Sanyo pack in, which in all honesty has been brilliant and made me see the error of my ways, much less hassle.

I think I'll be off the component shop,  next pay check
