I am trying to establish if and when Model Boats Magazine published the design and building details of the Steam Launch 'Swift' by Mr Peter Arnot.  I would think it would be around the late nineteen eighties early nineties period.   Alternatively, if anyone on the forum, knows of a 'build diary' for the Swift, I would]be interested to know about it as this would help me greatly in my efforts.

Thank you for your very fast response. 
I do have a copy of the plans and will start on the hull shortly but being a 'wood butcher' I was looking for some guidance in certain areas.  I am well advanced with the engine and boiler but in an engine article of September 1988 Mr Arnot mentions that, subject to the Editor's permission, he will describe the boat in detail in a later article.  I was wondering if that article on the build was ever published so I can obtain those back issues of the magazine.
