hms Sheffield ww2 cruiser looking for colour scheme

Hi. I am building a model of the cruiser.  And was wondering where I can get the various colours schemes and the correct paint to finish her!

I found this in The Painter's Guide to WWII Naval Camouflage by Patrick Hreachmack. Hope it helps.
