180 Servo Travel
« on: July 24, 2014, 08:38:55 pm »

Evening all

I'm after a urgent quick fix. I need a servo to travel 180°. I would normal extend it on the tx but I have run out of channels and it will be ran off a y lead and the servo setup. I've seen a few videos of mirco servos using 2.2k resistors but this work on a stanard servo too.

I only have till saturday night as needed for sunday

Cheers

Tim

The resistor value depends on pot resistance and sometimes to some other restistors on the servo pcb.
So 2,2k will only work on 1 certain servo type.

I always try it out with trim pots and then use the correct resistor.
